The top half is fine. Fixing ads, creative, or bots this week fixes nothing. The only broken step is the one where a human picks up a phone.

The two zeros are on purpose. You keep getting angry at missing goals that were never real. Write 0, mean it, and Friday's score tells you something true.

Your day — 12 blocks

Tune-up
5–6 AM · 2 blocks
Write down one number you're moving today. Then fix the one thing that made yesterday's calling worse.
Prep
6–8 AM · 4 blocks
80 numbers ready. Listen back to two calls, change one line. Send yesterday's promised leads. Chase yesterday's no-answers.
Phone
9 AM–12 PM · 6 blocks · doesn't move
80 calls. Email closed. No building. 9 AM here is 8 AM in Texas and Minnesota — when contractors pick up. Booked one? Send the invite, next number.
Open
12–4 PM · 4 hours, unplanned
Live contractor calls go here — never in the phone block. Then the eight jobs below, the Dan call, and build work.

Same shape as your 2468 day. One swap: the 2 content hours become Prep, because content is zero this week. Two knock-ons to okay: gym moves to 4, and the 5–8 AM content block goes away.

Fix the city name — it currently promises leads in cities you don't run.

Before you dial: the list problem

found this checking your lists

Your list only holds about 10 contractors per city per trade. Dallas, Houston and Minneapolis together give you roughly 30 of the right ones. At 400 calls a week, you'd run out by Wednesday and be staring at an empty screen Thursday morning.

Your bigger list has 1,500 contractors with phone numbers. The only reason you can't call them is the script says never claim ads in a city where you don't run any. So change the sentence:

"I run leveling ads in Dallas. I'm opening your city next, and before I turn it on I want one contractor here who can take the work."

True, checkable, and it makes "one contractor per city" a real thing instead of a sales line. Costs nothing. Ready Monday. The alternative — paying $77–160 to buy deeper lists — is right later, wrong at $116 in the bank.

Not doing this week

Content and new ads. Both zero, on purpose.
The 80-item task list. Cleanup work. Moves no number.
Relaunching the ad test. Ads are the part that works.
New landing pages. Waiting on a second buyer.
Trying out Linear. Not at $116 in the bank.
Chatbot polish. Ranked #1 by your system. Still polish.
Buying better lists. Right later, not now.
The 19-clip video test. Cut it to 5, walk away.

Two things quietly misleading you
